You're looking at the headlamp that offers the industry's best ratio of
battery to brightness. Which is to say, it's a whole lotta light from
not a lot of battery. Powered by a single AAA which can burn up to 40
hours, which is included.
The Tracer weighs in at a scant 1.8 ounces. Yet it kicks out a nightful
of light for a distance of 30 feet, owning in large part to its dual
L.E.D. bulbs, which are very bright and destined to last a lifetime.
There's also an over-the-top headstrap that can be easily removed. But
no matter how you wear the mighty little Tracer, be advised that you've
got one fine light source.
